Organically farmed, the vineyard flourishes on a clay / limestone soil on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed and pressed in order to select the first juices. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C
Tasting notes
Colour: Delicate pink, crystal clear and very bright
Nose: Floral notes of white flowers, iris from Provence and lila
Palate: Elegant finesse with a hint of red fruits, raspberries and a touch of blackcurrant
Serving suggestions
Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C
